Thomas’ solution did not work immediately. I had to fidlle around with PATH (hadn’t done that for a long time), and remove the whole portion: “Dswing.defaultlaf=com.sun.java.swing.plaf.windows.WindowsLookAndFeel”

Whatever it does, I don’t (want to) know, but without it, the language change worked.

So try:
start javaw -Duser.language=en -Xms128m -Xmx768m -jar openproj.jar in a .cmd file, and see if it works with you,

What bothers me about this i-nigma reader is that the first time I used it read the code pretty easily, but then proceeded to send that link to a redirect page at i-nigma.com. That raises some privacy concerns with me.

Also, I’m totally going to use this, with my own server, of course.
Even thought my trust for the guys at mozzilla is greater than that of the backstabbers at Microsoft by at least five orders of magnitude.

That is to say, I wouldn’t store anything at MS without passing it through a bit of AES-256 first.

File name extensions recognition is outdated, dangerous and unreliable.

Listening to the mime type is the only possible good reaction from a browser, unless it’s of course modified by the user.

Useless? I believe you are confusing utility with complexity. For example, the ms-dvr format, despite its added complexity, is of little to no utility. This plugin*, while simple, can prevent several damage to social connections, personal image, and ultimately, your place in society. *did we really forget the meaning of "plugin", versus internal optional features?

Exactly the kind of task that should be handled client-side.

But I guess it should help in a pinch, when printing non-sensitive data on a public printer that’s probably compromised anyways.

Maybe it has something to do with GMail having a truly optimized page style, instead of, you know, being yet another useless gimmick to make Old Stuff Look New And Exciting, and all Web 2-point-Ohs while not giving a rat’s ass about real usability impact.

It’s the good old difference between development lead by technology versus development lead by marketing.

You’re not brainwashed end users, are you?
You should know this stuff.

eu estou tentando fazer o envio de alertas por SMTP autenticado, to pesquisando muito no google mas não encontrei ainda como faz, se tiver uma idéia de como fazer, posta ai por favor.
